The price is great for the puppy wellness plan but overall this place sucks. I have had a problem with scheduling or my appointment almost every single time we have gone.

Went to Banfield to receive vaccines for my 12 week old puppy. Was not informed that he would need to be removed from the exam room and taken out back for 20 minutes to receive said vaccines and exam. I inquired with the technician about WHY the vet wouldn’t perform the exam in the “EXAM ROOM” and was informed “we only do the exam with the owner present if the dog is aggressive” which make’s absolutely no sense and is the opposite of routine for every other veterinary practice I’ve been a client of. Upon receiving my puppy back, was told to wait for the vet. Waited for about a half an hour to have a 30 second dialogue with the vet, telling me they had no concerns. Asked receptionist upon leaving to please forward me the vaccine records to my email - instead was sent a link to their website to sign up for an account with Banfield in order to access records. Upon reading the records realized they had entered my dog’s information incorrectly (receptionists were seemingly too distracted fawning over my puppy and trying to look into his crate to do their job properly. I work in animal care myself and I can confidently say, “cute client” isn’t an excuse to forget how to do your job!) Complete pain in the ass dealing with this clinic. I had made the appointment last week and was contacted 3 times asking me to re-schedule and then twice offer me a different time slot (which I had no desire for, had explained to them upon their first request for reschedule that I was under a time constraint). Also was pressured to schedule my *12 WEEK OLD PUPPY* (with only one testicle current descended!) for a neuter surgery. Will not be utilizing Banfield again at all in the future. The only positive out of the entire experience is that the technician fee was waived for the first visit to their office.
