  Please, if you love your dog, don't take him to bathe and have a new cut to this place, I took my dog last Tuesday and the person who was in the salon was very unprofessional, he treated me very badly and talked to me with attitude in addition to the fact that he was making everything difficult to make a simple haircut for my dog, she told me that my dog does not collaborate to cut her hair but precisely that's why I decided to take her to them as "professionals" I made a new appointment in another location and Jessica was very different and kind, if they don't like her job please I resigned and don't work

  I didn’t have a great experience at petco this last time. I got 2 tetras, an African frog, and a beta for my son’s birthday. The associate told me multiple times the fish were expensive and I should get something else. Despite that I got them she said they could all be together except the beta which I put in a separate tank. Less than 24hrs later all but the beta died. When I took them back to the store the same associate said “they aren’t good starter fish” had she told me that the day before, and gave me some information about the actual fish instead of just telling me to go a cheaper route I would’ve probably gotten something else.

  Great Store, friendly and helpful employees. The first time I needed to get a large (40lb) bag of a specific brand of dog food. I didn't see it and was looking around when Caitlin asked if I needed help. She took me to where it was, put the bag I needed into my cart, when I told her I would need help getting it into my car she smiled and said just tell the cashier and she would come right over. On Sunday 10/19/25 I went to get another bag of the dog food and when Caitlin saw me she smiled and asked if I needed more dog food and when I said yes, she came right over got the bag I needed and put it into my cart. After I checked out she came back and put it into my car. She was so pleasant and helpful and acted like it was her privilege to help me. Every store needs a Caitlin.
