  It's really large and not in a good way. There isn't a lot of associates to help you.

  The shopping experience was pretty good, place was well stocked. The small animals for adoption were unfortunately unkempt. The rats especially, one clearly was sick and had wet tail.

  Serious lack of judgment in a child emergency I went to this Petco location to shop, and immediately after parking, my 3-year-old child urgently needed to use the restroom. She was crying and visibly distressed, clearly about to have an accident. I carried her into the store and explained the situation to the cashier, asking for immediate help. Despite the obvious urgency and the young age of the child, we were refused any assistance and instructed to leave the store to find another restroom elsewhere. As a direct result of this refusal, my child had an accident outside in cold weather, leaving her clothing completely soaked. This incident was entirely preventable and occurred due to a lack of discretion and empathy by staff. While I understand corporate policies, situations involving young children require basic human judgment. This experience reflects a serious failure in customer care and staff training. Because of this incident, my family will no longer shop at Petco, and I strongly urge management to review how emergencies involving children are handled.

  Spoke with Dan and I can confirm he is the man..lol. But seriously he helped me out a lot specifically with what I needed for a turtle… dude has great customer service.. kudos to him
