  Very well kept fish tanks, everything looked extremely healthy and happy. Staff was knowledgeable about their animals and friendly. I will definitely return in the future.

  I will never lose the excitement of planning a visit here. Whether to get a new fish or just to observe some gorgeous, unique aquatic life there, this place will always be a treat to visit. Extremely kind and knowlegeable staff that will gladly answer any question or address any concern you may have. I have never had an issue with a fish from here. All healthy and happy.

  Amazing shop. I’m 12 years old and all the plants/aquascape you see in the photos were made by me and I got most of the supplies for here. Only problem I have is they have bettas in cups and sometimes give out misinformation, such as you can have a betta with some of the most nippy fish in the world (serape tetras and black skirts also bought a betta that was a “female” but turned out to be a short finned male (still love him tho and named him lady lmao) 3 of the fish I brought home (1 serape tetra and 2 Cori’s) sadly passed away 2 weeks after I had bought them even tho the rest of their schools are thriving and the water parameters are perfect. They most likely had some type of bacterial disease or internal disease that they were infected with before purchase. It is very common tho. Most employees are educated some are not make sure to ask them to pick the most healthy looking fish because pale and skinnier ones can get picked on by healthier ones and eventually die off also if you’re looking to buy a betta Or any type of fish that might have long fins, I would recommend getting the shortened ones like for the bettas, females or the short fin males and with black skirts because I know some of them have long fins I would choose the shorter finned ones because they always turn out more healthier and more active . then the long fins. This store is a bit expensive but truly worth it. Btw make sure to say hi to Peaches. (The cockatoo at the entrance) bye and hoped this helped some people <333

  I bought my first school of tetras from the original location when I was little kid, and at 29, I decided to get back into the hobby... Their quality and selection is still just as good as it's always been. It's nice to buy from a local business that still has comparable prices to the chain stores. The kid that helped me out was friendly and knowledgeable about the fish he was selling. I got a dozen Harlequin Rasboras, 8 Neocaridina Shrimp (these were high quality, great full body color), and a red Honey Gourami (a real one, not a mislabeled thick lipped like some other sources). All of the fish looked active and healthy in the store, and acclimated to my cycled tank quickly. I've lost 0 critters in the week and a half I've had them. If you get back into the aquarium hobby, I recommend starting here!
