I adopted 4 yr old yorkie that needed updated vaccines and dewormer and simpirica. I make appt, go in and was told I would have to reschedule because I don't know the dog. NO IM NOT JOKING. She said the vet there that day will not give vaccines if you haven't had the dog for at least 2 weeks. So I had to leave and take the dog back home where my fully vaccinated and dewormed 2 cats and other dog are !!! So after we have walked slow motion on the beach, shared a hot dog and went to random clothing stores giggling trying on silly outfits do I know the dog well enough to get him vaccinated Vetco???? Which Vet tech said this? Appt was on 10-16-25 Butler location

I had went to the vetco mobile station which is inside of petco in butler crossings and they told me my cat was getting a 3 year vaccination for feline 3 in 1 and rabies shots...and that they would send my cats records in my e- mail when I got the e- mail it said my cat was due for his next shots in October of 2026 which would make it only a 1 year vaccine I tried to call their customer service and they told me I would have to actually make an appointment and physically go there to talk to the vet, the next time they are there which would be like a week from now...I don't have a car and my brother came in from Ohio to take me there, but they said there was nothing I could do except make another appointment to talk to the vet, there is no other way even by e- mail or phone to get this straightened out...and I live in public housing and I need to show them that my cat is vaccinated, but how do i give them a copy saying its only for 1 year, when I told them it was for 3....this is crap...they said the same thing to me last year and I made sure to ask them that it was for 3 and they assured me it was , you dont get the e- mail with your records for 2 hours after you leave so you can't go right back in to tell them to fix their mistake...I'm never going back there...this clinic is a rip off

Everything went well, everyone was nice. My dog’s flea med RX was not sent to Petco and I have been unsuccessful getting that corrected. Everyone I call is offshore and does not understand what the problem is.

This was an ok clinic. The people that worked here were not very friendly and didn’t explain nothing. We were waiting at the entrance no where near the vet table and the guy said no kids were allowed in the waiting area. My son is 2 I wasn’t sending him to go stand by himself obviously.
