- JTJoy TischlerJan 1, 20261.0I have been using them for over 7 years. I called them Monday morning because my dog was having a seizure for the first time. They told me that they had no appointments. I know that they always keep time to see emergency patients. I never ever had problem with vets in New York. They are owned by a management company so they don’t care if they have to put in an emergency. Just to let you know that my dog has passed away, thank you for not being there for me. If I can give them no stars I will.

Love them, so friendly and caring, highly recommend for your pet, or should I say furry family child, :-)
- CRChuck G RCDec 1, 20251.0They Dropped The Ball Big Time I really want to like this place but I just can't. I brought my cat for a wellness check and lab work for ringworm. I waited 10 days and didn't hear anything about the results. After calling them I find out that they never sent the skin scrapings to the lab. So here we are 10 days in and $225.00 broker, and no further ahead then when we started. It seemed that the vet tech was experienced but the vet herself was brand new to the facility. I blame the owners for not properly training the vet on the protocol and procedures that are expected. They are very friendly and caring but that is to be expected and doesn't make up for dropping the ball. They offered a refund which I happily accepted. I guess Its time to go vet shopping.
