I called everywhere and no other Vet would help me. They even gave me a plaque with my baby girl footprints. 👣 I recommend them to anyone. The veterinarian girl was so wonderful and caring. They had so much empathy and all I heard from other vets were [you’re not a customer) so we can’t help. Don’t go to Portland Pa vet I used him and they wouldn’t even help me. Thank you Broadheadville Veterinary ~ your a god send

The staff at Brodheadsville Vet were so kind and compassionate with us as we were grieving our loss. They explained the process in detail and allowed us as much time as possible before during and after he passed. We did not feel rushed or an inconvenience to them. The one technician gave us a keepsake of his fur with his name which was so unexpected but so thoughtful. Thank you for your care of him and us during a difficult time.

But the staff at Brodheadsville Vet were better than I could have imagined. They were patient, didn't rush us or force him, and managed to get my 85lb. puddle of nerves out from under the chair where he was trying to hide just by being calm and friendly - a first for us. It was a truly welcome shock and I look forward to building on that positive experience. Incredibly grateful to everyone there for their time and care.
