  Paid for the full package for my puppies shots got her first set no issue next appointment fell during a snow storm so the clinic cancels it(go figure) next available date for a reschedule (due to them closing clinic) was past the 6 week allotted time for her to get a booster basically was forced to get her the same set of shots again and told I’d need to return and pay for her booster that was already paid for! The only reason she didn’t receive her shot was on the clinic not owner fault

  Should’ve listened to the reviews… UNBELIEVABLY unprofessional here. I scheduled an appointment DAYS ago at this clinic for today. I got there over ten minutes early with paperwork done and was told everyone had left BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT TIME! No wonder there were so many appointment times open… because no one wants to go here! Veterinarian here needs to get it together and learn some professionalism with people. Terrible, do NOT go here.

  Me and my girlfriend was just there we asked one worker crickets that worker said yes to us then we watched another worker tell someone else that they had none it’s just laziness just because they don’t want to get them for someone they tell you they don’t have any when you can hear them making noice will not go back I’ll continue going to pet supply plus.
