  While I went to PA to visit my family on Sunday I stepped at Petco for a few toys for my dogs. Inside Imet a girl in customer service. She was very nice and helpful and showed me everything available and what was best for my babies. I felt right at home. Her name is Cynthia. People like her make shopping enjoyable. Thanks, great experience.

  I’ve visited other stores before, but I never received the kind of service elsewhere that I got here. Ms. Cynthia was very friendly and extremely helpful, so if youplanning on goin to this store, ask to be assisted by her! 🙌

  I took my kitten for her vaccination shots. The vets were so patient and kind. They took their time with her and ensure that she felt safe. The cashier Lawrence also was nice. There was an issue with my coupon, and he was able to get the issue resolved for me. My experience overall was great.

  I had to take back a purchase I made which was too large for my pet. The young lady that took it back was excellent. She was professional and friendly. I was finished with my return in less than 10 minutes. I love shopping at this store.

  I have 3 big dogs and their nails were way too long. I couldn't cut them because their paws were sore from the nails being too long. The ladies at Petco did an EXCELLENT job. Their nails were trimmed, buffed, and looked so healthy.
