I would not recommend. Bad experience from beginning to end. To start, you are given no direction on where to go when you arrive. There’s no signage. Check in was chaotic at best. I was ignored during check in. They were about 45 minutes behind. There were a lot of owners who had no control over their dogs and dogs just pulling owners in the face of my dog. Honestly I’m surprised there were no dog fights. The veterinarian was rude but honestly I think she was just overwhelmed and overworked by the early afternoon. The slightly lower prices were not worth the experience.

Dr Eisenstein was very thorough and was the first to recommend a dewormer for my outside cat specifically the more user friendly Profender topical. The cat had never had matted fur before but apparently some motor oil help cause it in my opinion. Doctor recommended shaving. I was going to take her to a clinic that does medical grooming as I shared with the doctor. She showed up at my house 3 years ago and will not stay inside. She is not friendly with any grooming. I bought long cat handling gloves and a small cat clipper and was successful. She growled the whole time and I broke up the shaving into 3 sessions and without injury to myself. She is now bathing herself better and looks great. I wish I could get that "poor appearance" off her record.

I’ve been coming to the clinic for 3 years and I truly like the way it’s run and how knowledgeable the staff are.

The only reason i used Petco was because I'm traveling in an RV and my regular vet is not available to me. My biggest complaint is the cost. $51 for one shot! And it was a booster shot. My vet runs a low cost vaccine clinic once a month and the shots are only $20 each. The vet techs give the shots and you never see the doctor.
