- ESE SJan 4, 20261.0This happened a while back but it’s the reason I stopped going to grooming salons. I booked an appointment 3 days in advance. They called me and said they had a few cancelations and that I could come in 2 hours earlier. I rearrange my schedule to come in earlier. Once I get there there is one other dog being worked on. I tell them I will wait and just ask that they not crate my dog since I’ll be there. They tell me that I have to pay extra to work straight through, that I have to pay to make my dog a priority non crate. Makes no sense since I got there 2 hours earlier to help accommodate them… they still crated my dog bc I didn’t walk over fast enough when they finished. I was within eye sight of the grooming area. I don’t like crating my dog bc he got sick once bc of the lack of sterilization that those crates have.

False information and bad service

Dog was a little wild but he shared a lot of knowledge and experience and I went from single dog trainings to group trainings. Taught my dog a lot and again was super patient- dog was still a puppy. Other staff checked in on our dog like it was their own.

Plastic jug. I thought it was a bit steep in price. So I went to Walmart. I bought a 26 lb. bag for $11.88. Jesse James used to use a gun to hold people up.
