  Make sure you are 1,000% sure about purchasing apparel before paying because it is non refundable. And use cash because they claim to be unable to do returns if you used a credit card. They are clearly knowledgeable about products but not clear about refundability and not friendly when questioned.

  I find it extremely unprofessional for staff to contradict or undermine what licensed veterinary medical professionals are advising for patients. Cats are not strict carnivores; they are opportunistic omnivores, which means they can have grains in their diets and should not be limited to only meat-based or raw diets unless medically indicated. It is very misleading and inappropriate for staff to present themselves as having medical or nutritional expertise they do not possess, especially when speaking to pet owners who are actively seeking guidance for animals with medical concerns. These conversations should be left to trained veterinary professionals who have the full medical history and clinical context, as staff members do not have the complete picture of what is going on with a patient/pet. Additionally, the older woman working there was notably rude and displayed a poor, dismissive attitude, which only added to the overall negative experience. Between the misinformation being shared and the unprofessional behavior I will not be returning.

  My kitties love the necks and rabbit feet! They play with them and chew on them. Everything I’ve gotten from here has been fresh and fun for the kitties. One of my boys had gingivitis and the necks really soothe his teeth.
