We took our 13 year old pit bull in for an emergency visit and had a great experience. Everyone from the front desk people to the vet techs and veterinarian herself were kind, calming and just absolutely caring.

Maddy was absolutely amazing and so was the vet. They were very gentle with my cat and made sure he was comfortable and not nervous. On top of that I didn’t feel like there were any hidden fees when it came to the bill. They were very upfront with the prices and truthfully I was expecting a higher bill than what I got so I was very happy with that. I will recommend this place to everyone I know from now on.

Absolutely not low income friendly, do not recommend. I came here for two of my cats check ups and I believe the service was severely overpriced. The staff were all kind but the website advertised $25 first appointments and listed no other prices. I understand vets are more expensive than $25 but I think $333 for one cat to get 1 shot and the other to get 3 shots is insane. I got my first cat spayed and shots at paws in Philly for $90 for reference. I feel like the website grossly mislead me price wise, I was stunned when we checked out and I was given that price. At bare minimum the doctors need to tell pet owners the exact cost of every single shot or service before doing it. Was I supposed to just say no after? I would’ve never gone here if I had known. I can already hear the “if you can’t afford the vet don’t get the pet” thoughts and let me tell you both my cats were alley cats that I brought in, they are have a much better life with a low income household than they would crying in the streets. I am absolutely scrambling to try to make up the extra $200 I had to spend. In this economy this is not the best place.
