- MWMike WingerNov 6, 20221.0Me and my wife avoid this petco. The staff are always in a combative mood. Any time were looking at fish the tanks are dirty and neglected, however when we ask about a fish they act as if they are the superior in fish management. They constantly tell us that we are not able to care for whatever fish due to not meeting exact criteria. We then get the fish we were unable to purchase from this location from another petco and have no problems and have a thriving tank. Your associates are causing fish to not be sold, destined to live in the undersized dirty tank they are currently in due to negative attitude of the associate.
