Even after calling the phone number provided. They said it was sent to my email but it’s not there and yes I checked spam. When going on to the site it gives you an option to put your email or phone number in. Under email it says I missed my appointment( which I didn’t), if I put my phone number in, it says complete , press here to resend the recorded. I do and still nothing. Even checked the downloads on my phone, nothing. It’s very frustrating. I had to make her a vet appointment because she tested positive for Lyme s and the Dr there would like her vaccination records.
