  Thank you guys so much for your caring and service with Niko. Niko had a bad tooth and swollen face all of a sudden. The local animal hospital recommended. Service was quick and very caring. Thanks so much again.

  We had 2 babies put down right after Christmas. Their staff treated us so well during a horriable time. We appreciate them and so happy Brittney C. Recommend them.

  I had to use the urgent care for an eye injury for my extreme high energy Dutch Shepherd while he is trained - he is a rescue that has abuse in his history and is super anxious. The staff was AMAZING with him. They really listened to me and very much cared and took their time. The vet even threw his ball to him a few times because this is his love language. The care was top notch and the prices are great! With 3 dogs I will not hesitate to return when we need to.

  I had to put my almost 18 year old bully down and I called so many places that gave me the runaround with pricing in a critical time of need. I was referred to RUSH by a neighboring animal hospital. That was the best referral ever. The young lady was super kind and helpful. I took my girl there and the staff at the desk was so amazing. I cried so hard because I couldn’t go back in the room to see this take place. However the staff made me feel like I wasn’t a bad person for not wanting my girl to suffer anymore. A few days later I got a sympathy card with my girls paw print. I was again crying my eyes out but, I was so touched by the compassion given to me. I will certainly start bringing my other 2 dogs there for routine visits.

  I took my cat there for injections for her stomatitis, since I was going there with another cat. The doctor recommended an oral steroid vs the injection. (Diabetes).Needless to say, it was a big waste of money. She got no improvement. I'm taking her today for her injections at my regular vet. The other cat I took was an indoor semi feral. He needed sedation to shave his bad matts. I had them do blood work, and update his vaccines. One week later, he passed away overnight. I hadn't even gotten his blood results. They do not take any liability The doctor never did an exam on him, at least not in front of me. I regret ever going there. Also, they are very expensive. So my bill was over $800 and I have a dead cat.
