The service here was amazing. All the employees were very friendly starting with the phone call prior, the service at the front desk and also with the nurses and doctor. All my concerns were addressed and my pup was able to get the care he needed. Thank you for a comfortable experience and taking care of Chance. I highly recommend!!

I took my persian cat to Rush Urgent Care and they diagnosed him with kidney failure. I retuned and they were so kind, answered all of my questions and showed me how to administer shots at home. They even have a number you can text and they answer me asap. I would highly recommend them.

I can not say Thank You enough to this great Urgent Care. From my first phone call, to the receptionist service, to the vet tech to the veterinarian. They all were awesome, took great care of my cat and made me feel less stressed. I drove an hour to get there and it was worth the drive. I highly recommend Rush Veterinary Urgent Care in Lehigh County.
The place was clean, I had no wait, they took me at my appointed time, and it was VERY AFFORDABLE! Everyone in the office was so nice and they all had smiles. Thank you again to Everyone!

A shame i have to leave 1 star. This place was a complete waste of time and money for me. And I’m confused as to how this place has so many good reviews. I drove over an hour to get here because of the reviews and Yes the place was clean and they all seemed very nice but i didn’t pay for a clean facility and nice employees (that should already be established and a given) i paid for HELP and they obviously lack knowledge, training and compassion because they didn’t help us at all. I adopted a 4/5 week old kitten from a close friend who rescued a liter of 5 from a garbage bag in a dumpster. This kitten had diarrhea from the day i got her, which began to have blood in it. I went to a regular vet straight away, who gave Rx medication, which after a week and finishing the medication didn’t help. So we came here. Hoping i could get an answer, different medication, bloodwork, US, X-rays SOMETHING! There was a large amount of blood in the stool and i was very scared for our CoCo. They just put her back on the same medication and several days later a Rx probiotic (which i had already had her on a good probiotic). They did do a “follow up call” with me to see if things were improving (which at first, i thought was very compassionate) but things weren’t improving, not even a little bit. Even after being a day away from finishing their treatment of the second round of the same medication. So i asked for ANY other recommendations/treatments ..… everything i suggested or asked for was a hard NO. “Her stool sample was clean of parasites/worms and She was too little for anything else” and they never gave me an alternative or helped our kitten at all. Their reply to my pleading for an alternative when they “followed up” was “it could be deadly to put her on another medication” and they’d “drain her of all her blood if they did labs”. Absolute waste!
Knowing cats don’t always poop out the parasites/worms with every poop and just because a sample was negative didn’t mean she still could possibly have them, she never improved and the medication obviously didn’t help the first time let alone their idea of a second time. Cats are very good at hiding illnesses.
So, I took her to West Lehigh veterinary care yesterday and guess what happened!? They took a full panel bloodwork and DIDN’T “drain her of blood” and they prescribed her one of the medications i was asking this “vet” about, one that they said “could kill her”. Guess what happened today!? 24 hours later? SHE HAD A REGULAR POOP FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A MONTH!!!!!
This so called vet hospital didn’t do a thing or listen to anything i was asking, just treated me like i knew nothing. I’m kind of glad they didn’t treat her as I’d hoped because if (in their words) thought they’d “drain her of all her blood” with bloodwork or “kill her with another medication” for any other alternative, they probably would’ve! All they did was take my money. Obviously they are inexperienced, incompetent and lack knowledge and compassion. i knew more about what my cat really needed than they did. And it was all confirmed by West Lehigh Veterinary Care.
Stay away from this place unless you just want to throw money away and possibly have your pet seriously injured or killed!
Go to West Lehigh Veterinary Care instead! You won’t be disappointed and your fur baby will be treated appropriately, quickly and with a knowledgeable, caring and experienced team!
