We had excellent service here. We love being on the banfield plan. Our little dog suffers from pancreatitis and we assumed some vomiting had to do with another episode. Thought we keep her diet well maintained we also live on the coast. It was float drop weekend so we spent multiple days on the beach when we try to pace it out and stick to gentle walks around the street area and yard. We were able to get her in, the receptionists were all extremely helpful and professional. She went in and they were kind to our dog, ran the exact tests she needed, and ensured I wasn’t overcharged or getting non essential tests. The vet might recommend on side of caution but regardless you should be aware of your pets needs and it’s ultimately up to you. The vet gave her exactly what she needed and checked her vital signs and ran her labs and a snap test. She was healthy! Just a little sand in her digestive track from too much beach time and her tennis ball. The vet wanted to be cautious and let me know the best protocol if we see any further symptoms and gave excellent advice and nothing unnecessary. Our dog is doing great! They even called to check on her the next day. You truly save so much on the banfield plan. It’s not often we need to run these tests or go in for visits and the various plans are great. I love the vaccines and deworming reminders and care plans. All of it. It’s well worth it. Helps you keep track of your dogs health. Though the drive is a little far from us, banfield has always been worth it for us. It seems banfield continues to get better and better and plus they open the doors to opportunity for veterinarians and veterinarian clinic professionals from all backgrounds and age groups. It’s a great place and this location is nothing short from five stars. Thank you for making sure our little pookie pie Opal is able to feel good and live her best little life! We appreciate you so much! Definitely will come here again.

My dog was blood tested for Ghiardia and tested negative but was still paid and sent home the Ghiardia medication which made my 15 lb 15 year old dog throw up twice and threw up the anti nausea medication as well. I spoke to another Banfield and they said I should request another refill on the anti nausea medication which Wilsonville Banfield refused to do so we ordered it off Amazon. They told us we would be required to go in and spend another $1000 on xrays or take our dog to the Tualatin Emergency Dog Hospital for 2 to 3 times the price. I stopped going to Banfield when they were in the Petsmart location because it always seemed to be about $ than love of your pet and when they relocated next to Fred Meyer's I believe they are the same vets.... Sad when they use out heart strings to reach out of our pocket. The Hazel Del Banfield is AMAZING as well as the Tualatin location Willamette Valley Animal Hospital where the vets actually sit on the floor with your pet to make them feel comfortable.

I regularly bring my dogs in to West Linn location and decided to drop in here while in Wilsonville to pick up some Dasuquin supplements. It's just after 5:30pm and they posted online that they are open until 6pm, but they definitely are closed. Not sure what their actual hours are, as there are none posted on-site.

We absolutely love Dr. Menjivar and her team! Our fur babies, Lumi and Leila, see her regularly, and we’ve had nothing but positive experiences. Leila had a loose tooth when she was a young puppy and needed an X-ray. Marianna helped us schedule both the X-ray and her spay, and because our availability was limited, she went above and beyond to squeeze us in — even coming in on her day off to make it work. Dr. Menjivar did an amazing job, and Leila healed in less than two weeks. There was also a time when Lumi ate something at the dog park that he shouldn’t have. I called this Banfield, and Kyra answered. She squeezed us in the same day and was incredibly comforting while I was crying on the phone. When we brought Lumi in, Dr. Menjivar and her team took wonderful care of him. When it was time to pick him up, Dr. Menjivar even sat with us in a room to talk everything through, reassuring us, and made sure we felt okay. It meant so much. Dr. Menjivar is truly one of our favorite vets and we feel so lucky to have found her and her amazing team!

Do NOT take your pet here. Complete lack of knowledge and professionalism. We brought our 14 week old Aussie puppy in for a few vaccines, and when Dr. Menjivar saw our puppy she promptly said “no thank you” as if she didn’t even want to see and touch the dog that she was literally supposed to be examining. On top of this, Dr. Menjivar gave our puppy an extra vaccine WITHOUT our consent. We did not even ask for that vaccine to be given to her. Completely unacceptable and a joke of a clinic. If you care about your pet, this is not the place to take it.
