Very happy with our care here! Our dog, Cash, has had some ongoing issues so we have been in a lot recently and the staff is always very nice and helpful. Especially Dr. Hackney and Olivia! They always speak with a warm friendly tone and answer all of our questions in detail.

The entire team at Banfield of West Linn, OR, are outstanding. They always treat my pets very well and explain in detail what is happening with treatment. I have recommended this location to others. All of the Dr's, techs, and front dest personnel, are amazing!
I also have to credit the Nyberg Rivers, OR location, they were able to squeeze us in for a bit of an emergency even though they really didn't have the time.

Office and vets are great but now forced buy meds really sucks. The phone transfers a customer to another place to leave the prescription number but the box is full and tell you NOT to go to Banfield office then drops the call. This goes on for days and we run out of medicine without anywhere to go other than VCA for out pets needs. Really a case of over automation

Banfield of west linn is amazing! Our reactive dog Otis can be a handful at the vet and they are always attentive, supportive, and willing to go the extra mile. They never make us feel embarrassed about his reactions and do everything they can do ensure the best possible outcome. Dr. Byers and the entire vet tech team are phenomenal and I can’t recommend them enough!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
