    I am so not impressed with the set up. I did not, do not feel like a valued customer I will go somewhere else. I came on time actually 10 minutes before like they said. there was no place to sit. My dog was way too excited they told me to go in this dog treat isle and wait. Yeah, that was half smart half not on their part. in this case, cheap shots means cheap service.

    Terrible service. Why tell people to show up 10 minutes early when your APPOINTMENT ends up being an hour later than scheduled. The guy giving the shots moved slower than molasses and had to sit and take a break between pets. Unbelievably inefficient.
