Not a fan at all. I really was looking forward to bringing my pet here as it's a smaller clinic, I thought it would be more personable than a big hospital. I pulled up and was happy to see how small it is and anticipated a friendly atmosphere. My experience couldn't be further from this. First, I found the front desk people unwelcoming, unfriendly, and unprofessional, and couldn't be less compassionate. Bad sign. I get the whole triage thing, I do. It was about 6pm and it was going to be a long wait. My pet just had a MAJOR, life threatening surgery hours before, but he was basically put at the bottom of the list. Again, NO compassion at all from anyone. They said I could wait or go home and they'd call me, and since it sounded like it would quite some time I opted to go home an wait for a call. At 11pm when I was in bed asleep I finally heard from the vet on call, and I barely remember what she said, but she did say the morning vet would call me in the morning. Well, Dr. Warren? Could not come across less compassionate. She said my pet growled at the staff and peed on himself, and it probably best that you come pick him up. I read the log, apparently he growled at one person. Maybe he did, but I can tell you, my little guy is the most docile, quiet thing you will ever come across. My vet office and the cardiologist office he has been to absolutely loves him, even after surgery in pain. I couldn't wait to get him out of there. $1000 for an overnight stay, and some fluids is basically what he got. I brought my little guy home, and the was the best decision I made for him. Overall, the staff was unprofessional, rough around the edges, some folks were rude. The ONLY person that was actually friendly was the girl who brought him out to me to take him home. Needless to say, I don't recommend this clinic and I hope to God I never need to step foot in here again.

Dr Reza and the staff truly are amazing! They came out to the car to help us get our 9 month old chocolate lab because she was sedated from her spay this morning that couldn’t be completed due to a string going down to her stomach. Dr Reza was so knowledgeable and compassionate, and communicated very thoroughly on what we were looking at for the best options for our puppy (Elah) for her health and the financial costs. This is a great choice to take your pet. 🙏🏾

Obviously nobody wants to have to visit an emergency vet, but I will say that the employees here are incredible. We had to bring Pumpkin in multiple times this week for seizures, and Dr. Warren was the main vet that was taking care of Pumpkin. She was incredible at updating us and I never felt like we were taking up too much time or like she was trying to rush us with decisions. Heather was the main front office employee we spoke with (she also was on shift a while back when we had to take Pumpkin in because she swallowed floss). Heather is the perfect mix of straightforward and compassionate that I needed for the high stress situation I was in. I was nearly inconsolable and it felt like Heather knew exactly what to say to help. I am so grateful for everyone I interacted with, and I watched the incredible compassion and care from all employees multiple times while waiting in the waiting room. 5/5 stars, I hope I never have to go back but if I do I know that my animals will have incredible care throughout the whole process. (Photos are from when she got home, and her lil shaved arm from the catheter😊)

UPDATE: just know they will black list you for speaking out (see attached). So unprofessional! UPDATE: This place is a SCAM! Why would you give us a phone number to call when you didn’t want to hear anyone out? My roommate just had the most hideous call with Dr.Warren who confirmed that they do not have the resources to treat our dog and that the secretary staff should NOT have instructed her to bring her dog in. They apparently only deal with life threatening emergencies so they just took her money and pretended to give an exam. We were instructed by a telehealth vet and the secretary to bring her to a vet immediately for her issue because it was only worsening. She was once again met with attitude, cut off repeatedly and hung up on. Don’t bother coming here they don’t care about you or your pets. My roommate needed to bring her dog in for what appeared to be an allergic reaction after speaking to a tele-health vet. Unfortunately our regular vet was closed for the day and the issue couldn’t wait. It wasn’t life or death but she was very uncomfortable and itching herself until she bled. When we arrived the front desk people were very friendly. Someone came out to gather the details and informed us that it would be 30 mins until a doctor could see her. It ended up being about 3 hours. While we understand life-threatening emergencies take priority I don’t believe our dog was given more than a 2 second look. She wasn’t itching at the clinic out of fear and as soon as we came home and she went right back to scratching almost worse than before. My roommate called back and the receptionist who answered the phone was very short and unkind almost insinuating that since they didn’t see her itching she was fine. They didn’t offer us any topicals but instead meds to sedate her which is not ideal and offers little solution. Not to mention she has a heart murmur and sedation can literally kill her. For the $200 spent you’d think more consideration would be given. I also spoke with friends of mine who are pet owners and they have also had less than satisfactory experiences at this clinic. Again we would have gone to our vet if it was open who else were we supposed to see? You’re only getting 2 stars because a few of the front desk people were really caring during the first calls to determine if we should bring her in our not. Def won’t be returning! That one lady needs to check her attitude (ifykyk) I heard her speaking to others who called in an extremely rude tone and pointed it out to my roommate literally saying “glad we didn’t talk to her” of course that’s who we got on the phone after we left.

The front desk experience at this emergency vet hospital was unacceptable. In a moment when compassion and clear communication are critical, the associate we dealt with was cold, dismissive, and showed no empathy whatsoever. Bringing in a pet during an emergency is already stressful, and being treated like an inconvenience made the situation worse. There was no reassurance, no patience, and no basic courtesy. An emergency veterinary hospital should prioritize compassion at every level, especially at the front desk. This experience alone makes it difficult to recommend this facility
