Sat in waiting room and a private room for 5 hours, kept telling me I was next. All of the emergencies that came in were gone by the time I left with no service at all. Worst experience of life with a pet. I understand emergencies need to go first ,but come on.

I wish my cat didn't get in trouble, but thanks to him, I had the opportunity to meet the best veterinary team. They not only have the best prices but they do really care.
Biscuit decided to eat a piece of plastic decorative plant (go figure), and it got stuck in his intestines. He needed surgery to remove it, and they made sure he was comfortable during the process. My cat couldn't be in better hands!

Great experience! After quite the stressful morning not know what to do with our sick pup on a Sunday, we decided to bring him into Emergency Vet and instantly felt like we were getting the support and guidance we needed. We were put in a room immediately upon arriving, did a free triage assessment, they brought our dog a blanket to lay on and water since he was clearly anxious. We waited 1-2 hours (which we understood was on the shorter end given it’s a walk-in emergency clinic) and were seen by a very knowledgeable vet who gave us a reasonable treatment plan. In total we were there for about 4-5 hours. We’re going home with a good plan in place and feel relief.
We’ve read other negative reviews about the long wait time, which is unfortunate - because you can clearly tell staff are doing their very best in a very unpredictable environment where they don’t know what emergency cases will walk through the door and impact wait times. I’m just glad there’s a place nearby with experienced staff, open 24/7 and work hard to give our loved ones the best treatment possible.
Thank you for the excellent care!

Had I listened to these people, im confident my cat would be dead.
I brought my elderly cat in last night at 6pm because he had been throwing up since 10am, and for the last few hours it began to look bloody. His vitals were stable, and they said it wasn't critical so he'd have to wait 8-12 hours to see the dr (how a 12 year old cat vomiting blood every few minutes isnt critical, I don't know) so we took him home to wait. They advised no food or water as to not make the vomiting worse. When we got home he did want to try to drink so I let him, and im glad I did....
7 am the next day (today) rolls around and still no call. He vomits again so I call a new hospital, and they advise i bring him in ASAP. He was seen immediately and his condition is severe enough that it requires overnight hospitalization. Thats where he currently is and will be staying the night.
Emergency vet clinic calls me today at 4pm! To advise the dr can now see my cat. 22 hours after our initial visit. Could you imagine vomiting for that long with no food and no water? He was already severely dehydrated when I took him to the new hospital this morning at 7am. I can't help but think my old man would no longer be here had I not trusted my instincts and instead trusted this facility

Our cat was very sick, and every clinic we called near us told me to take her to them. So I called them and they explained their process over the phone and took down our information. When I got there, they were ready and took us into a room to get her triaged. The nurse came in and was so kind and gentle with her. She showed me some of the signs and took her right back to the doctor. When the doctor came in, he was compassionate but did not sugar coat it. Which I appreciated it. He was honest and professional and experienced. Which helped make the choice easier. They gave me time with her once she was comfortable so I could say goodbye. Everyone was so compassionate and professional and I really wish I had a different ending, but she lived a long life and I am so greatful for the way they handled everything! Thank you for the staff! It can't be an easy job to have to do, but I appreciate you!
