When I brought my dog in for grooming, which I had done for the last five or six years, she ended up yelling at me (where other customers could hear her) because I was asking about grooming my dog and the cost of grooming him. The previous groomer who moved away was kind and exceptional with me and my dog! I was trying to have a calm conversation with her but she got angry and wouldn’t let that happen! This manager was rude and disrespectful and was going to say something negative about what I was wearing even though I had on a beautiful teal top and skirt…but she stopped herself mid sentence! I am an intelligent, educated 75 year old woman who does not like to be talked down to and disrespected! I was in customer service as a bank supervisor for many years and this is unprofessional to treat customers this way! I would recommend you going SOMEWHERE ELSE where you won’t be DISRESPECTED!! The rest of the staff has always been very polite, helpful, kind and respectful!
