  Unfortunately had to take our dog here. However, we had a great experience. FYI, even with an appointment your pet will be triaged and you’ll have to wait. We knew to expect this and the staff was clear with us about this. We were seen much quicker than the estimated time we were told. Everyone who interacted with us and our pet was compassionate and competent. Very clear options were given, and we felt no pressure on our choices. I wish I could remember the name of the vet who saw us, because she was very personable, compassionate, funny, efficient and competent. I’d definitely come back here if the need arises.

  This clinic was not willing to assist us until we called poison control. Poison control was a one hour hold time and charged $90 to speak with a person, who unfortunately advised us that our dog likely did not need emergency care. We tried to call Poison Control back as she worsened and hold time was over an hour again. Fortunately we found VEG in Hillsboro who was willing to see her without a referral. By the time we got our dog to them, she was in critical condition. Super disappointed with your triage procedures.

  I will update this if the manager reaches out, as I was told they would. My husband and I brought our dog in for an ear infection on 12/20/25 at 11pm. We stayed until 1:30am, but we noticed the next day that his ears were still very dirty. We had paid for a cleaning and treatment, so we expected them to be cleaned. I called on 12/21/25 at 10pm to explain, and the man on the phone was rude and defensive from the start. He didn’t listen or provide any helpful solutions. I asked for a refund, and he said only a manager could authorize that, but he became increasingly hostile and unprofessional. He ended the call by slamming the phone down. As someone with customer service experience, this response was shocking and unhelpful from a veterinary clinic. My dog’s condition is the same, and I’m out $300+. I’m disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism regarding my dog’s condition. The vets we saw were kind, but the behavior of the man we spoke to over the phone on the evening of 12/21 made a bad experience worse. I hope a manager can address this situation and consider a refund.

  I've been to cvrc 4 times and they are absolutely amazing. I was in today for my cat Kitty bloody nose and they were absolutely nothing but kind. I called 3 times after in tears as I couldn't get her nose to stop bleeding and each call they were absolutely compassionate and caring for my concern in a very stressful day for me, they told me it's what they are happy to do and help! No judgment on my questions and they really did care to help comfort me. I was given treatment plans and they even contact my primary vet for updates on everything to keep them updated as well as send me copies of everything. They always have a smile on and during a very rough stressful day today, they we're here to comfort me, support me and care about me and kitty. I will continue to go back if anything else happens. They help me relieve my stress and anxiety to help it be a more peaceful stress free night. I can't recommend enough. Here is my favorite picture of her and who they really care about.
