- JKJosh KolburnNov 9, 20255.0—Over the phone exchange!— TLDR; The people who work here are extremely kind and helpful. Helped resolve a possible emergency over the phone. My dog managed to take out all of his stitches in the very brief amount of time he had his cone off. Me and my girlfriend had no idea what to do so we looked up the closest vet that was open (this place) and called. The woman on the phone was extremely kind and helpful, and referred us to a text line to send photos so she could show the doctor. About 15 minutes later I got a text back saying that my dog was okay, and that I could follow up with my normal vet. I have never been to this place, and they totally could have gotten me to come in pay for emergency stitches but they didn’t. The people who work here are amazing human beings and I wish them all the best. ❤️
- NNNicoleNov 8, 20255.0I highly recommend Cascade Veterinary Referral Center for pet emergency care. I brought my cat in after he wasn't eating for 2 days, vomiting, and having bloody diarrhea. I was extremely worried and the team here gave me several treatment options for him and were very thorough with trying to discover what was wrong with my cat. They answered all my questions and were very reassuring and professional. I hope I never have to come back but if I do I will definitely come back here.

Their communication skills are the best , everyone of them, from the front desks to the doctors. They made me feel comfortable calling and asking questions as many times as I wanted. They called you with the progress reports throughout the day and night. Very easy to get a hold off. Facilities is very clean and tidy. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I went to a different vet clinic and waited 4 hours, they recommended I make an online appointment for Cascade. I booked a 1am appointment for Cascade and drove over. They got us in at 12:00 , very fast check in. The vet was out almost instantly checking on my dog. They got her back 10 minutes later. After the other vet telling me she wasn’t priority. They were able to diagnose her asap with a very bad ear infection and a ruptured ear drum. Got her under almost instantly to get everything cleared out and her ready to go home. The care was exceptional & we felt so specially cared for. I will recommend this place forever now. Thank you so much for showing us compassion in a scared time.

I was able to make an appointment online and get her in the next morning. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I thought the price was very fair. I would definitely recommend!
