Our cat Ivan has been struggling with a health issue for a few months now. We have had him in another emergency vet hospital as well as taken him to our regular vet. Unfortunately, none of those places gave him a diagnosis. We were so frustrated. But, after some bloodwork came back from our vet showing that he was seriously ill we frantically searched around for somewhere to take him. We landed at Cascade and the experience was fantastic. He finally got a diagnosis, and they took their time in explaining things to us and helped us to get started on his care plan. We are so grateful to Cascade and thank them for finally giving our guy a diagnosis and help to get to feeling better! 😻

Very calm, organized, and clean and the staff were very nice. The vet was personable and very knowledgeable. They caught what Banfield missed, and actually helped and gave my dog the help and relief he needed. I was so worried about the cost, being it was an emergency vet, but it was very reasonable and reflective of what they did. Highly recommend!

Great experience! All of the staff, without exception, were very personable and empathetic, and always took the time to explain things and answer any questions I had (without making me feel dumb, haha). 🙂

Saturday night at 9:30 and we sped off to the emergency. They still had capacity to see our cat ( call first)! He was quickly diagnosed with urinary tract infection, as they have a lab on site. Doctor was thorough, personable, kind and extremely capable. The staff there are great, too. They dispensed meds and a full discharge plan. He’s doing much better! Highly recommend.

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT take your pet here! We went in with a very stressful situation with our cat. The doctor gave me her recommendations and I didn’t not agree with what she wanted to do. Instead I asked about a different route for our pet and she became frustrated and yelled at me for asking questions pertaining to why she wouldn’t use antibiotics for an infection rather than surgery. She’s money hungry and wants to charge surgery prices for something that could have been fixed with fluids, and antibiotics. She refused to give my cats the antibiotics and would not assist us in the route we wanted to take with our pet because it went against what she wanted to do. Go somewhere else. We ended up at a different ER and they were wonderful and listened to our concerns and did everything they could to ensure what we wanted was done and our cat is on her way to recovery. Very disheartening! If you want to be a vet then learn how to be compassionate and understanding of what the customer wants and needs not what your pocket book wants and what your views are. Reply to owner: it had nothing to do with price! It had everything to do with the way your vet treated us as patients. Very unprofessional! All she wanted to do was spay our cat and was frustrated and yelled at me for wanting to ask questions as to why she came to that conclusion. I will never recommend this establishment and hope everyone else steers clear of it. She then refused starting an antibiotic on my cat because we did not agree with spaying her. So because we did not agree with her plan of action our cat was then turned away and we went elsewhere and got the care she needed and is making a full recovery. I will repeat we had the funds! She refused to do the surgery and provide antibiotics because I would not allow my cat to be spayed.
