Every time I’ve been in, Richie has spent 30 minutes with me to try to find a solution and diet change. Their return policy is more than generous. The girls at the counter are friendly, and have gone out of their way to locate the owner if I needed any further help that they couldn’t assist with. I would rather give this small business my money than any other pet store I’ve experienced.
