- PBPhillip BrownDec 16, 20212.0Inquired about specific services and the woman that I spoke with quoted a higher price than the procedure, which included a bunch of optional add-ons I never asked for. She was very condescending after I asked to confirm the price without any additional charges. To cap off her unprofessional behavior she hung up the phone when she assumed the conversation was over. We will not be seeking their services. I only offered 2 stars as I did get the information I was seeking.
- ATAllen TriggOct 8, 20211.0If you are black do not go they will treat you like you are something from outer space I had an appointment after waiting 35 minutes in a room that my dog found the floor very interesting enough to lick it I decided that the treatment that we received was very poor it hurts it hurts when people treat something that you love poorly it hurts both the receptionist treated us not well I won’t go into it thank you for your time.
