- SCSmash CayenneApr 11, 20261.0Waited in line for 1 hour past my appointment time, before the techs arrived. Definitely not worth it standing in this crammed line in middle of a petco. Would be better off scheduling with the vetco clinic.

I scheduled online days in advance, showed up 15 minutes early just to wait in line for 45 minutes to check in, then wait an additional 20 minutes to see the vet for a rabies shot and an oral bordatella dose that took less than 5 minutes. Scheduling is pointless if it's going to take an hour or more. The old process was 1st come 1st serve and I was never in line more than 30 minutes.
- CDCarol DavidsonDec 23, 20251.0My experience was absolutely awful. The Vet Techs were amazing but the Vet was awful and handled my dog roughly. The line was ridiculous considering all people waiting had an appointment. We were lined up in the aisles of the store, in the way of people shopping.
