I followed her from her previous employer to Petco. Petco is very lucky to have her. She is amazing. All the groomer staff are great. I will never go anywhere else.

Nope we get there and they tell me it'll be 2-4 HOURS before he gets seen.even with an appointment.and if I wanted to reschedule and pay extra for the vip treatment so he gets seen right away we can do that.i said well he had an appointment scheduled why do you guys not honor that? All she could say was that they are running behind.needless to say,worst service ever.definetly will be no call no showing for the next appointment to show them the same courtesy they showed us.i do not recommend this place at all.
