Make sure to be very clear with the tech working on your animal. We talked about what our dog was getting for vaccines and the tech decided on her own to give extras only telling us about them after the fact. Not sure if it was a money grab or just incompetence either way we will not be back as when we questioned she straight up lied to us.

Loki and I had a great experience with this office. We are new to Oregon and Salem and Loki has some long term health issues. Dr Krystle Ito was absolutely the most kind and understanding of our situation.
We all know sometimes Vets can be a little pushy with wanting to do procedures or tests but Dr Ito was not that at all. She took my concerns, Loki's age and weighed pros and cons with me. I was very happy with my visit.
And the vet tech Zoey was the sweetest and Loki loved her!
Thanks for being so great!!

I appreciated them taking the time to go over all my concerns about my dog and took the time to throughly look over the dog. Other vets I've been to aren't nearly as attentive as them. They also got me in right away at my appointment time. Very reasonable prices as well. Would recommend

We've been in Oregon for 20years, got our first dog from Oregon Humane Society about three years after. Took our fur buddy to West Salem Animal Clinic, thought Dr Sirianni really knew his business and he sure does. All the people at the clinic are thoughtful, considerate and answer all your questions, or have the doctor answer them to your satisfaction.
We've put our fur babies care in their hands and they've been treated with the best care we could ask for. Thank you Doctor Sirianni, and all the staff for You're kind, helpful care over these years. Or babies are happy, spoiled and very well cared for!
