Have not had the best experinces here and its unfortunate. The vets seem to always push for surgery without giving the owner information in detail or how to look into this further to know more about the reason for surgery/procedure. I have never recieved any copies of blood work, x rays, or even biopsy reports/diagnosis. I was blamed as a pet parent for something that was out of my control because a vet got defensive when I was asking clarifying questions to know more about how the procedure had been completed. I was scared to ask for a copy of the reports and diagnostics they were looking at because I had already been blamed for and accussed of something that was out of my control. You pay a ton of money to get "tests/diagnostics" done and when you ask follow up questions you are blamed and pretty much called a bad pet owner. And most tests/diagnostics come back inconclusive or still leaving room for the unknown and you are pressured to do another round of everything, after just paying a ton of money to not even receive new information or answers to what could be going on. . . I get its a vet clinic and things won't be free. But to pay so much money and the diagnostics/tests still come back with no answers seems off putting and does not create confidence. It gives off money grab intentions.
Wonderful business. Lat Summer when I got my puppy from a rescue, she got attacked my a big dog. She was only 3 months old and to see her in so much pain and bleeding from multiple spots on her face, I panicked and dropped everything in my hands, scooped her up and held her my lap as I raced toward the closest animal clinic. As soon as I walked in the door they assured me she was gonna get the best care and asked if they could take her.Due to her injuries they made her top priority. I filled out the necessary paperwork and they walked me back to see her and her to be reassured I was still there. I can’t even explain how good it felt to have the whole staff putting in 100% of themselves toward helping me and my puppy get back to playing, training and mountain adventures. They truly care about the patients and the families that bring them in. I couldn’t have a higher recommendation for the wonderful staff!

Love this place, front desk was amazing 👏 and Dr Sirianni he is the best he gave us so much advice about our husky 💙 and how to properly groom her. We even brought our sleeping infant with us, and he was so considerate about her sleeping. Fully recommend 👌 this place.
Staff handed us a tube said they wanted us to supply them for a fecal sample for our dog. Thought it was apart of the exam we paid for. We dropped it off, they called us and said if we wanted to know the results we needed to pay them 80$. On the second call they told us our dog had giardia, never showed us the test results and then explained that we now owed them 80$ and would need to pay for the medicine on top of it.
My dog had already been treated for worms and parasites before hand. I'm not saying she didn't test positive, I'm saying this mode of transaction is extremely distasteful.
Transparency and options/warnings of denial to treat or test should always be a mandatory part of correspondence between a service and customer exchange. It's left a bad taste in my mouth and I do not think we will be returning.
2 stars because everyone there was actually very nice and seemed to care. I'm not sure where the disconnect came between the staff on site and in person versus the money game played over the phone. Very unfortunate.
Make sure to be very clear with the tech working on your animal. We talked about what our dog was getting for vaccines and the tech decided on her own to give extras only telling us about them after the fact. Not sure if it was a money grab or just incompetence either way we will not be back as when we questioned she straight up lied to us.
