The fact that Petco asks you to be 10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment and then we weren't seen until over an hour later after our scheduled appointment was very frustrating. Our appointment was at 11am. We were inside ready to check in 10 minutes early as requested and weren't seen until after 12:10pm
