Mainly on my part, but you accommodated. You worked with me regarding payment, which is always a strain for me. I did leave a follow-up question on the phone yesterday, 11/13, but no one responded. I felt you were fair and helpful. Maybe understaffed and overworked. There were some backups at the front desk, but it could be just my onetime experience. The team on Center demonstrate compassion, care, and respect through and through. They go above and beyond with explaining and providing various options for testing/treatment. I unfortunately had to put one of my cats, Francine, down earlier this year, but the team here demonstrated empathy throughout the whole process and made it their mission to try to get little Francine the best care possible. Dr. Zittel-Harless is particularly fabulous at what she does and makes sure to give your lovely little furballs all the love and affection they deserve while they are in the office. Dr. LaPoint is also very wonderful and a great addition to the team. Other staff members, such as Bianca & Chelsea, are also phenomenal to work with ā albeit Iāve never had a bad experience with any of the support staff in the office. I cannot rave enough about this clinic and recommend it to all of those I know who have fur babies

I brought my cat in with a cough and I was basically told that he couldn't be treated unless I paid for a $500 set of x-rays. I explained that that was never going to happen. I'm not rich. I was sent home and felt cheated because nothing was done for him. Total waste of my time!
