Puppy warmed up as the providers knew exactly how to approach and make him feel comfortable. I usually do not leave reviews, but the way Dr. Karyn and tech supported my wild inquiries and made recommendations with thoughtfulness and authenticity, I just had to throw a shout out. Don’t trust google…. Go see Dr. Karyn! I can’t say enough how your easing my mind, was the best gift this season!

Mainly on my part, but you accommodated. You worked with me regarding payment, which is always a strain for me. I did leave a follow-up question on the phone yesterday, 11/13, but no one responded. I felt you were fair and helpful. Maybe understaffed and overworked. There were some backups at the front desk, but it could be just my onetime experience. Thanks again for helping Grit stay healthy and heal🙏😻
