- LWLory West6 days ago3.0When a lady and I was waiting to check our doodles in I saw a groomer remarking about our dogs. She was telling a customer she had to do one of them. As she was saying this she showed discuss on her face and rolling her eyes. When checking in my dog I asked that they do not pluck his ears. They did it any way. I have taken my dog to them four times. So when the groomer ( the same one rolling her eyes) told me she plucked his ears I was not happy, but I was not rude. I said that I had asked the person checking him to not have his ears plucked. She said they would put it in his chart. That information should have already been in there since he had been there three times before. I also asked for him to have his hair a little longer. The supervisor checked him over and said that should be no problem, but his hair was shorter than expected. If they couldn’t have left it a little longer and told me that. I would have been fine with that, but nothing was said. I was very disappointed with this visit. After this experience I’m not going to go back.

He was nervous but they said he did great. They didn’t try to upsell me they made him very comfortable. It was an exceptional service. He looked and smelled amazing I am so happy with the service will be back again

- SSSuzanne ShultzSep 15, 20251.0So appalled at the lack of service at this location. They do NOT care about you or your dog in the slightest. Based on the attitude of the "manager" Samantha, it is evident where the rest of the staff get's their cues. She is very rude and condescending. They cancel appointments at the last minute. They do not respond to messages EVER. Last time I picked up my dog they did not even take care of her face - which is the number one reason I bring her in - I can give her a bath myself! They were not apologetic about it at all, simply do not care. Went to the vet and they took care of it in approximately 1 minute - what they said they "couldn't do". I also pay extra for teeth cleaning, which they do not actually do. My dog had an abscessed tooth and no one mentioned it to me (hence why I was at the vet). Today was their last chance with me - my appointment is at 10am. They called me at 9:30am to cancel. Never never again. PLEASE spread the word and do NOT take your dog here!
