    I placed a same day delivery order, and they haven't even began shopping for it. They're closed now, so who knows when I'll actually get it? No communication about it whatsoever. They finally delivered the items the next day. There was still no communication about this until I called them. The lady said it would be here by 3 pm, and it was. So, I'll give her that. So, lesson learned. Don't do same day delivery with Petco ever again.

    Absolutely disgusted with the aquatic section, many of the the fish are skinny and sick, or dead. Plenty of dead snails and fish that have been left there, not to mention the African dwarf frogs that look deathly skinny and the dead one that has been left there for the past week. The tanks themselves are filthy. Went in there a while ago and the shrimp containers had more dead shrimp than alive shrimp no doubt hurting the few remaining. The plants all look dead, and overall everything just looks sad. It's honestly shocking this store continues to stay open when multiple people have reported it and the workers obviously don't know what their doing nor care about the animals they're hurting.
