I started bringing my senior kitty here Dec 2024. She has to get a monthly Solensia shot for her arthritis, and during each visit I've had nothing but great experiences with all the staff and scheduling has been super easy. I ended up getting my other kitty also signed up at this location with a Wellness Plan, which has so far been worth it.

Ever since Banfield moved to this location things have been so much better! It seems as if they have made a lot of staffing changes for the better! They also retained one of the girls that was at the old location that we absolutely loved how she cared for our babies but we had not seen her since before Covid! All the staff are so attentive, caring, and knowledgeable.

trust the negative reviews when you see them. i’ve been to multiple banfields and i’ve never had this bad of an experience. after 5 hours for a comprehensive exam in which they couldn’t draw all the bloodwork for our cat!!! i also paid for flea and tick and almost left without it so i came back to pick it up just for the doctor to tell me it’ll be about 20 minutes. this is ridiculous. i expected it to take maybe a maximum of 3 hours but it was almost 6. my poor cat was fasting and furious when i came to pick her up, and she is usually not like this at the vet. i’m so disappointed, i'm never coming here again

Conner, Anna, and the crew went above and beyond to ensure the Meow Sisters got all of their shots.

when I asked the front desk for flea and tick medication, she only really wanted it to offer it to one of my pets. The two younger pets, she refused to give it to me because of their age. I was just satisfied with her service and with her knowledge of The treatment of medication for the younger pups. Instead of asking someone she went with what she thought was correct knowledge. She was willing to cancel our membership. Because she was just that cocky to think that she knew it all. How do the way she treated us? I should’ve called in and turned her in to management. I waited to rate my service to inform others. Because if she’s done it to me, she’s done it to others! We did not receive the discounts promised.
