I have no complaints with the veterinarian, the assistance are the problem.
I’ve taken two cats in last Sunday and the Sunday before. Each Time the paperwork has been incomplete. The second time I went, I went to get the correct paperwork and they still left stuff off of it and then the new paperwork which I didn’t think I needed to look at when I got home. It’s missing the same stuff, missing the weight and missing the explanation of abnormal and the problems with teeth and gums. Now I have to go back this next Sunday to get the paperwork printed up on both of them because they screwed them up the second time also? Just leaving important information off and then I go to get it fixed and then they do it on the next cats and then leave information off the previous one so I don’t have complete paperwork on either of the cats either of the visits. Kind of frustrating.
Now I am unable to send them an email. The emails I have for them which are impossible to find keep coming back as undeliverable so there’s literally no way to contact these people unless you physically go down to Petco on a Sunday and hope that they didn’t decide to go home earlier than 3 o’clock. If.you’re saying you’re gonna be there from 11 to 3 then be there until 3 o’clock.

Vetco staff were very nice and friendly. Took care of my little dog as if their own. As for the cashier at Petco, she was very unfriendly. She was rude and just did not seem happy to be at work.

Staff were very friendly and helpful at the vaccine clinic. The address provided by their software for reminder texts however was not accurate and I had to call since I was traveling from 50+ miles away.
