- HBHolly ButlerOct 28, 20251.0Scheduling was super easy, and convenient. I was able to add extras and we paid to have a bandana as well so he would look cute. I brought my pretty easy going pug for a grooming appointment. To include bath brush out and nails. My husband picked him up and he had no bandana and the gal said she wasn’t able to do his nails and they didn’t need it anyways. Not sure why a trained groomer would have issues cutting his nails if I can do it at home with some peanut butter to distract him. On the way home he filled his kennel and car with a pound of hair blowing off of him. Had I known he was simply going to get a bath. I could’ve done that as home as I usually do and saved the 50 bucks. His nails are super sharp, and he clearly was not brushed out. So now I’m out $50 bucks and still get to brush and cut my dogs nails. Pretty disappointed.
