Spoke like a drill sergeant. After getting my snials into the bag she kind of lost control of her hands and dropped them onto the floor. SMACK! There was very little water in the plastic bag. She swooped them up and shoved them in my face. " here ya go!" Like didn't even acknowledge it. I took them home and they never came alive. I got cracked snails. Not a good experience.
