The lady that rang me up was very cold and rude. She never made eye contact once. Very poor customer service in my opinion. I won't be shopping there again.
- MBmikayla BrennnanApr 22, 20261.0Everytime I have taken my four-year-old child into this store, the animals are either unhealthy, half-dead, or are dead and laying on the FLOOR for customers to walk around ( today, 4/22/2026, was a fish dead on the ground). Birds are in shit conditions, a hamster had a red lump nearly bigger than its head on its neck, guinea pigs were cramped into small tanks ( they have changed since ) and today, the dead fish on the ground. Have pictures of the bird ( taken 3/17/2026) & fish.
