I've booked another appointment there for my other puppy to get his rabies shot and also a well puppy check. I'm really pleased that they're open until 7:00 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, that's really handy for people like me who would struggle to get to the vet because most of the time I don't get off work until 5:00.

Call and ask to speak to a supervisor and am told they sold to some company back east, good luck getting their number and then I was hung up on. Horrible customer service. Don't use Cinder Rock if you expect to ne treated well. Reading their response to reviews is quite comical. Tried to solve my complaint by asking for someone higher up to help. Again was told good luck and hung up on. NEVER USE CINDER ROCK! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
