    Scheduled at 3 was 10min early, as suggested, finally seen at 4! The text system is out of date so communication is awful. Done with petco altogether.

    I’ve taken my dog to the vaccine clinic and grooming / maintenance her whole life, and the staff is always so friendly and they have very reasonable pricing.

    You can tell they care about your pets. They tend to run a bit late sometimes but work super fast so my 2 dogs and cat never seem to have time to be stressed. They're actually cheaper than my sliding scale community vet clinic.

    Scheduled an appointment for 5:05, showed up at 5. "They just left," i was told with a shrug. Annoying since I called the day before. The person at this location said they'd stick around for Scheduled appointments, might leave early otherwise. Drove 45 minutes here for no reason. Don't use them. Petco is unreliable for your vaccination needs. They just won't show up.
