  Great grooming for 2 Australian Shepards!!! They listen,professional,and fast. Very reasonable price! Thank you Rose City Jenna for making my dogs look and feel amazing!!!

  A few good grooms, they completely weed wacked our poms - shaved off the cheeks and even the top of their heads, ears, and even much of the tails with no scissor cuts, all uneven! I WISH you could see the photos. Leahland was surprisingly indifferent despite seeing the cut. As a business owner I would be embarrassed. We won't be back.

  Our 7 month old miniature labradoodle had her first full groom with Krystal and she did an amazing job. Krystal gave my nervous puppy such a cute cut and treated her with great care. Thank you for making the grooming experience so positive for my pup!

  I would like to make this my local Dog Daycare but I really don’t like that there isn’t someone who will answer the phone… ever. I tried calling about four different times a few weeks ago and no one ever answered. The staff is nice and the owner eventually called after I had set up an online account and appointment… but being able to call about my dog with info about them is very basic.

  This day care is amazing! I was tasked with the job to pick up a dog that belongs to one of the Dr.'s that I work with and the staff at Rose City is just amazing! This pup had only met me a few times and their owner reached out ahead of time and let them know I was coming. Upon arrival the team was so nice and welcoming and asked who i was picking up, they then grabbed her items from her little cubby, it truly felt like i was picking up my human child from day care. they brought her out and handed her off. As soon as we got into the parking lot she slammed the breaks and hesitated to get into the car, there was an ambulance going and loud noises and she spooked. LUCKILY for us, an amazing handler that worked at Rose city, I believe her name is GRACIE, was passing by and helped me get the sweet pup into the car, no hesitations! Thank you so much Gracie for helping out with her. Her mom was super stoked to see her and have everything go so smoothly, she wanted me to let you know that all your love and appreciation and work is so greatly appreciated!
