- RPRichard PottsDec 5, 20252.0The check in process is slow and redundant. The information they request could easily have been asked for in the online appointment set up. What should take 15 or 20 minutes when you have an appointment takes over an hour. We were also disappointed that they decided that our cat needed two feline leukemia shots instead of just one. Our regular vet had not prescribed that. We will not be going back for the booster, in fact we will never be going back to Petco/ Vetco again. We went here to save a few dollars on vaccinations. We didn't save anything and we wasted a lot of time in a very difficult environment for our cat. The vet and her assistants were very nice and professional, though.
