I had already paid for an hour of parking and I would have made an appointment, but there is no where to do so online. To me it seems not only incredibly unfair to other dogs and owners to allow one person to use the entire bathing area (that is set up with multiple tubs), but also a HUGE liability to have a dog like that in the store. My dog was not the only other dog walking around the store. If the dog is that aggressive that they can’t handle another dog being bathed 20 feet away in another tub, then I can’t imagine if this animal were to get off their leash when multiple dogs are in the store. There is a nicer self-wash only 10 minutes away and I will be taking my business here from now on.
