I arrive five minutes before closing time (7pm) and the doors were locked. The person at the check out refused to even look up at me as I tapped on the glass to try to get in. It was a big dude with a red beard. Not going back.

The manager decided to do some kind of swap out instead of returning them to my card. When those harnesses did not work going back to return he then said it has mysteriously turned to store credit and could not be refunded to my card. I purchased these with my debit card and never had store credit. They were not understanding they did not apologize and did not work to solve the problem and said there is nothing they can do. Terrible customer service. I would like to speak to someone above this manager and get my refund back to my card. Absolutely ridiculous. Finding harnesses that properly fit 2 separate dogs require some trial and error with brands and I wouldn’t shop here or trust that you are able to successfully do that.
