I’ve got auto order for most my dog and cats food but I still like to come in and pickup sometimes because it’s that nice here. If there’s a sale going on they’ll make sure you get in on it. If your pet doesn’t like the food they’ll take it back. They’ll give very knowledgeable suggestions as best they can for food/supplements etc. One time I didn’t realize I had an auto order coming up right after I did an in-store pickup, and they gave me a phone call before it went thru to double check I meant to get it. Like I said, seriously the best place I’ve ever gotten pet food and supplies from.

Thanks for being proactive and solution oriented. Finally- we found you all because you carried a really complete selection of Green Juju that this little one loves!!! Thank you.
