- PBPerla Baltadano4 days ago5.0This day care is amazing! I was tasked with the job to pick up a dog that belongs to one of the Dr.'s that I work with and the staff at Rose City is just amazing! This pup had only met me a few times and their owner reached out ahead of time and let them know I was coming. Upon arrival the team was so nice and welcoming and asked who i was picking up, they then grabbed her items from her little cubby, it truly felt like i was picking up my human child from day care. they brought her out and handed her off. As soon as we got into the parking lot she slammed the breaks and hesitated to get into the car, there was an ambulance going and loud noises and she spooked. LUCKILY for us, an amazing handler that worked at Rose city, I believe her name is GRACIE, was passing by and helped me get the sweet pup into the car, no hesitations! Thank you so much Gracie for helping out with her. Her mom was super stoked to see her and have everything go so smoothly, she wanted me to let you know that all your love and appreciation and work is so greatly appreciated!

The staff is incredibly kind, and I appreciate how they take and post photos so you can see your pup having fun. I won’t take my dog anywhere else!
