His very first appointment was shortly after a dewclaw injury, so he was sore and very nervous and apprehensive initially. He has abnormally curved nails, so regular nail trims is so important. She is so patient with him, and so understanding, and really takes the time to build a bond with him. She has gone above and beyond to make him comfortable and it shows, because he absolutely loves coming to see her, and does a little happy dance everytime I tell him he's going to see her. We check in regularly to make sure the spacing between appointments is still best for him, and she's always happy to adjust as needed. I love that she cares enough to go the extra mile, especially for something simple like a nail trim. It shows how much she cares. Petco is so lucky to have a dedicated, understanding, caring and friendly person like Karely working for their grooming department!

He really knows his stuff when it comes to the animals. He was amiable, and well articulated and you can see his passion for what he does. Pretty sure he's new as I've never seen him before, I'm so grateful for his assistance! everyone in retail should take notes from that guy!
