Front office staff is efficient, professional, warm and welcoming, and obviously love animals. We saw Dr. Anna Roblado, and I am so very happy! Her assistant, Taylor, was thorough in history for our high complexity Labrador (Addison's, history of pancreatitis, elevated liver enzymes, multiple allergies), and showed her expertise and care in the lines of questions she asked for the history. Dr. Anna is simply...amazing. Warm, caring, thorough in exam, noticed things I hadn't mentioned, and helped craft a plan for referral to an internist, as we need one to manage our girls' Addison's. Her love of her work, and the animals and humans she serves was evident throughout the entire visit. She didn't pressure me to do labs (we'd had them done in the past few months at the vet we transferred from) as a new patient. She walked through alternatives for an ear problem. I am SO happy we transferred care here, and look forward to more visits. And, the pricing was very reasonable, and confirmed that we had definitely been being overcharged at our previous vet. Absolutely a quality, well-run veterinary hospital. I recommend without reservation.
