The team at the Barbur location is really wonderful! Ethical, kind, helpful, compassionate. We are so grateful to you! We have sincerely appreciated our care for our last chihuahua and our current furry friend.

Ruby loves staff & doctors. She always leaves very happy after her appointment. If I have any questions at all I can call them, or I can send them an email and take a picture of the issue and they will let me know if I need to bring her in or not. Usually it's just her nails or if her ears are itching her they will do a test on her to see if she needs her ears medicated again. I had an emergency about 2 months ago with her she had a renal puncture from eating a cherry seed, they got a ride in and they treated her that day, I had to follow up appointments and two weeks of medication. And she is back to normal again..... I use the Banfield clinic on barbur boulevard in Portland Oregon......... Do not take your dog or other animals to the 122nd and clinic. I have reported the 122nd and Glisan so many times. Nothing ever been done, take your your animals and your dogs to Barbara boulevard only...... There are other Banfield clinics and you can go too. Banfield pet hospital is the best by far....

Unprofessional and terrible customer service. My dog has had an Optimum Wellness plan for the past 9 years. Banfield's service has gotten worse every year with the prices going up. Their customer service is nonexistent. Today, my dog had a couple teeth extracted, which they have to put him under for and that always makes me nervous. My dog had been there all day, and no one told me when I could pick him up, so I called to ask. The gal who answered the phone asked me if my dog was the one bleeding in the back? They also asked if I was sure that someone else hadn't picked him up. Thankfully, he wasn't the one bleeding, but what an awful thing to say to a patient who's worried about their dog. I brought it up during the pickup. No one admitted wrongdoing or said they were sorry. The cost break was the only thing keeping me at Banfield, but I don't trust them with my dog anymore.

Not our regular vet, but they were able to take care of our dog's dew claw with very little notice. The staff and vet were all great. Would use them again!
