Had to make a review because I was skeptical about going here I’ve heard in the past they were not great. Everywhere else was closed besides emergency places, but this wasn’t an emergency. I actually had a great experience! My pet started acting kind of weird and I got an appointment extremely fast! The vet was very nice and answered all of my questions kindly and in detail! I would definitely take Miso back here :) the prices were very reasonable too!

For the second time, I’ve shown up during regular business hours and been met with a (seemingly) empty store. We were just there to pickup meds for our pup, but apparently “closes at 6” means “closed by 5.” There WERE employees in the store, and we saw each other & they just went back into the back until we got into our car, then walked out and locked the door without saying a word. There were no signs posted, nothing to indicate that they shouldn’t be open, they were just closed! Here’s to hoping he doesn’t need it too bad, guess I’ll try again tomorrow. If it wasn’t for Dr. Garretsen, we would’ve found a different vet ages ago.

Our puppy was neutered here and we also came when he got injured. Both times the staff were so kind and attentive. They are great at communicating. 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I am writing to express my frustration and concern regarding the recent care my dog received at your clinic.
On July 4, 2025, I brought my dog in for symptoms I believed to be related to a urinary tract infection (UTI) and a possible ear infection. I specifically requested testing to confirm both conditions before treatment. I was informed she did, in fact, have a UTI and an ear infection and was prescribed medications accordingly.
After completing the full course of medication for her UTI, my dog is still in pain and showing signs that the infection may not have cleared. I called your office as soon as her medication ran out, expecting a follow-up or a prescription adjustment. Instead, I was told that the doctor was not available to prescribe anything further and that I would need to pay for another exam and testing in order to receive more medication.
This response is both unreasonable and upsetting. I already paid for an exam, testing, and treatment just two weeks ago. I am not asking for free services—I am asking for fair and compassionate treatment for a pet who is still suffering and for a follow-up that reflects the responsibility of the original care.
As a pet owner, I trusted your clinic to help my dog get better. Being told that I must pay again for what appears to be the same unresolved issue feels like I'm being taken advantage of. I do not have the funds to pay for another exam and tests—I can only afford a refill or change in medication based on her last visit.
I believe this practice is unjust, unfair, and exploitative, especially when an animal's wellbeing is at stake. I am considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and other appropriate organizations unless this issue can be reasonably resolved.
Please reconsider your policy in situations like this. I hope to hear back from someone soon who is willing to help my dog without unnecessary added costs.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
